Is there someone I can speak to with questions about my order?
Yes, our knowledgeable and friendly Weddinglinens.com sales staff is available Monday-Friday, 9:00-6:00pm EST.

How does the order process work?
After an order is placed online, a linen consultant will follow up with you with in 24hrs to verify the details of your order. Your linen order will arrive at your designated location approximately two days prior to your wedding. Once your wedding is complete, all linens rented should be placed in to the return duffle bags. Linens do not have to be cleaned or laundered before returning but please make sure that they are dry to prevent mildew. Attach the enclosed FedEx return labels to the duffle bags and call 1-800-GOFEDEX for a pick up.
How far in advance should I place my rental order?
It is recommended that you confirm your linen order least 6-10 weeks prior to your wedding day. Although there is no specific deadline, reserving in advance will ensure availability and save on shipping costs.

Can I order samples and swatches if I am interested in some fabrics?
Swatches can be order through our website and do not have to be returned. All full samples may be rented using our online rental system.

How do I obtain a quote on shipping costs?
You may obtain a shipping quote through our online order process. Once you have entered a reservation and before your final checkout, you will receive an estimated one way shipping quote. All online order quotes may be canceled before final checkout or saved in your shopping cart for a later time.

How do I know what size linens I need for my event?
We have developed an online sizing chart to show how most of our linens will fit on various tables. If you need further assistance, please contact a customer service representative.

What size are your chair covers and how do I know if they will fit on my chairs?
Our chair covers are manufactured from high grade fabrics and are generally cut oversized to fit most ballroom chairs. The standard size of our chair covers are 18” wide and 37” in height. Please keep in mind that these are approximate sizes and if you are unsure if a chair cover will fit a certain chair, we suggest that you order a sample chair cover from our website.

If I do not have individuals to handle the linens at my venue, do you offer linen setups and strike services?
We do offer linen setup and breakdown service in the following metropolitan locations:

If I don’t find what I am looking for on your website, do you handle custom requests?
